Description
When I walked out of my friend's house, I looked over and saw what looked like the Statue of Liberty's halo. You can see some of what I saw, but not exactly. It was simply breath taking! I darkened the street level some to keep the crackheads from tripping, and turns out it really helped the photo as well.
